From April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, these Canadian immigration programs will receive a new case with a capacity of 150 cases.

Applicants to immigrate to Canada through Quebec Entrepreneurship must obtain the minimum required score in the province's scoring system. Under changes to Quebec provincial law on August 1, 2013, eligible applicants to immigrate to Canada through Quebec Entrepreneurship will receive a minimum score of 50 in the scoring system.

The applicant is required to meet the following conditions for at least one year in the first three years of receiving permanent residence:

1- Creating or buying trade alone or with participation in the field of agriculture, trade or industry in the province of Quebec.
Own at least 25 percent of the stock, valued at at least C $ 100,000, to his or her spouse and employ at least one resident of Quebec, other than himself or herself and family members, for 30 hours per week (required) It should be noted that those who buy business in the agricultural sector are exempt from the condition of employing a person living in Quebec)

2- Participate in managing the daily performance of the business.
The application must be made in one of two ways:
The applicant has the ability to start and manage a business in the field of agriculture, industry or trade.
The applicant has the ability to purchase and manage a business in agriculture, industry or trade.
