If you are a foreign temporary worker or foreign student graduating from Canada, you often have the qualifications necessary to make a successful transition from temporary residence to permanent residence. You are familiar with Canadian society and can contribute to the Canadian economy. You must have knowledge of English or French and work experience to qualify you
Applying to remain in Canada permanently in your case is simple. You can do this under the Canadian Experience category.

You must meet the minimum requirements to apply for permanent residency within the Canadian Experience category. you have to:
Plan to live outside of Quebec
Either you are:

A temporary foreign worker with at least two years of full-time work experience (or equivalent) in Canada, OR
Foreign graduate who has graduated from a post-secondary institution from Canada with at least one year of full-time skilled work experience (or equivalent) in Canada
• You gained your experience in Canada by obtaining the appropriate work or study permit
• The application is submitted while working in Canada - or - within one year of leaving your job in Canada

According to the Canadian Occupational Classification (NOC), skilled work experience means:
• Skill Level 0 (Administrative Professions) or
• Skill Level A (Professional Occupations) or
Skill Level B (Technical and Skilled Occupations)

Your application will be evaluated based on two demands if you apply as a temporary foreign worker:
• Your work experience and
• Your ability in English or French.

If you apply as a graduate from a Canadian post-secondary educational institution with Canadian work experience, you will be assessed using the requirements listed above, in addition to:
Your education level.

If you are married to or live with a common-law partner in Canada, and he / she also meets the aforementioned requirements for immigration, you can decide which one of you will apply for immigration on the Canadian Experience Class as a principal applicant.
