Manitoba PNP- Business Investor Stream (Entrepreneur Pathway)
Manitoba is a Canadian province bordered by Ontario to the east and Saskatchewan to the west. Its landscape of lakes and rivers, mountains, forests and prairies stretches from northern Arctic tundra to Hudson Bay in the east and southern farmland.
The Entrepreneur Pathway is part of the province's Business Investor Stream.
In this program Manitoba can recruit and nominate qualified business from applicants have the intent and ability to start or purchase a business in Manitoba or create a partnership with an existing business there.
It has two pathways for interested foreign investors:
1.The Entrepreneur Pathway
2.The Farm Investor Pathway
The Farm Investor Pathway replaces the old program which called Farm Strategic Recruitment Initiative, with the new one investors can establish and operate a farm in the province with the requirements that mentioned below.

Both pathways are linked to Manitoba's Expression of Interest (EOI) and require applicants to first create an online profile with the MPNP.
After checking the requirements The profiles that are eligible for being candidates are placed in the BIS EOI pool with other applicants. Candidates are ranked according to their point total under the unique BIS Adaptability Assessment Matrix.
The highest-scoring candidates are invited to apply to the BIS in the form of a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA). After receiving a LAA.
Candidates will have only 60 days to submit a complete application to the Government of Manitoba.
