On December 15, 2014, the Government of Canada unveiled the new Immigrant Investor Venture Capital Program.
According to reports, the Canadian government intends to invite 50 investors to the country in this program. The investor can also add a spouse and children under the age of 19 to the file.

To be eligible, the applicant must meet the following conditions:
• Personal net worth of $ 10 million
• 2 million investment for 15 years in Canada
• Have a minimum level of English or French

Hints
• Citizenship and Immigration Canada accepts 500 applications to select 50 investors.
• 50 people will be randomly selected from these 500 people and the unselected files will be returned to the applicants.
• Applicants can submit their applications in mid-January 2015.
