Requirements for obtaining permanent residency in Canada through the Ontario Entrepreneurial Method:
• You have at least two years of experience in owning a business unit or a senior management of an administrative business unit during the past five years.
• Submitting a business plan (justification plan). The related business plan explains the amount of the investment and the details of the business.
• The investment can be based on the purchase of an existing business unit (in this case the applicant must have thought of visiting the company) or starting a new business, and the justification plan must be accepted.
Proof of total personal assets of at least 400,000 Canadian dollars or 800,000 Canadian dollars, depending on the location of the business in the province. If you choose Greater Toronto as the location of your future business, you must show a minimum of $ 800,000 in assets, and if you choose a location outside of Greater Toronto, you must show at least $ 400,000.

Exception: If your business is in IT or digital communications, showing at least $ 400,000 is sufficient, even if you choose Greater Toronto as your future job location.
Make a Personal Investment - If you choose Greater Toronto as your future business location, the minimum investment required is $ 600,000, and if you choose a location outside of Greater Toronto, no less than $ 200,000.
Exception: If your business is in IT or digital communications, it does not matter whether you qualify to invest in Toronto or outside of Toronto with at least $ 200,000.
• The applicant must run his business in the governorate actively and daily.
• If your work is located in Greater Toronto, you must appoint full-time Canadian citizens or permanent residents for at least 10 months (regular salary). If your work is outside Greater Toronto, whether in information technology or digital communications, it is necessary to appoint At least one person with the mentioned conditions.

• This application contains a scoring schedule. The total number of points is 200 and the lottery is held several times during the year. The lowest score for the selected individuals was 134.
• After the initial acceptance, a work visa is issued to the applicant to enter the governorate and implement his plan
• Upon arrival, 20 months are given for project implementation and staff recruitment.
• By providing documentation of the facility, equipment, recruitment, and operational activities of your company in Ontario, the provincial authorities will issue the necessary assurance to support the candidate’s certification.
• After the above approval is issued, the application for permanent residency will be sent and the Federal Office of Canadian Immigration will issue a permanent residence visa to the applicant and his / her family members after conducting a medical examination and ensuring that there is no criminal record.
